摘    要: 合成了一种新的手性功能单体(L)-N-烯丙基吡咯烷基-2-羰基酰胺(APCA),采用本体聚合法,对功能单体和交联剂的用量、致孔溶剂的种类等实验条件进行了优化,合成了11个鬼臼毒素分子印迹聚合物(MIP1-11)及相应的非印迹聚合物(NIP1-11).平衡吸附实验表明,采用APCA为功能单体,优化条件下制备的鬼臼毒素分子印迹聚合物MIP1具有较大的吸附量和较高的印迹因子.并在不同酸度下研究了MIP1对混合标准样品的吸附选择性,结果表明:当醋酸在甲醇中含量为0.3%时,MIP1对4′-去甲表鬼臼毒素的选择因子β达到最大(2.97).最后,结合超高效液相色谱(UPLC)研究了MIP1在实际样品中的分离富集能力,结果表明MIP1具有较好的吸附分离性能和一定的应用潜能.

Abstract:A new chiral functional monomer,namely N-allylpyrroldine-2-carboxamide(APCA) was synthesized for target molecule podophyllotoxin.And using this synthesized functional monomer,eleven molecularly imprinted polymers of podophyllotoxin(MIP1-11) and their corresponding non-imprinted polymers(NIP1-11) were prepared by bulk polymerization method.The experimental conditions including the amount of the functional monomer,the amount of crosslinking agent,and the type of porogen solvent,were optimized according to the specific equilibrated binding amounts to podophyllotoxin.The equilibrium adsorption experiment showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer MIP1 prepared under optimized experimental conditions has a larger adsorption capacity and a higher imprinting factor.The adsorption selectivity of mixed standard samples for the optimized molecularly imprinted polymer MIP1 were also investigated under different acidity conditions.The results showed that when the content of acetic acid in methanol rose to 0.3%,the maximal selectivity factor  β podophyllotoxin / 4′-Demethylpodophyllo-toxin reached 2.97.Finally,the optimum molecularly imprinted polymer MIP1 was furthermore used in complex sample and analyzed by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC).The results showed that MIP1 prepared using APCA as functional monomer has a better separation performance,indicating a certain potential application in separation and enrichment of podophyllotoxin.
