| 摘 要： | “双师型”师资队伍建设是职业教育师资队伍建设中的一个重要内容。本文通过总结国内职业教育研究主流学术刊物中的关于“双师型”师资队伍建设问题研究的主要理论成果,分析目前的研究现状,旨在为加强“双师型”师资队伍建设提供一些理论与实践的启迪。

| Abstract: | The construction of "Double Type" Vocational Teaching staff is of importance in the construction of the vocational polytechnic teachers.This paper focuses on summarizing the main theoretical achievements on the "Double Type" vocational Teaching staff construction problems in the chief journals of our domestic vocational education,and analysis on the present situation of this research in order to provide some theoretical inspiration for the research and its practice in the construction of "Double Type" vocational Teaching staff. |
