西部地区人口城镇化质量研究

立足新型城镇化的"人本"视角,从人口、消费、教育、就业等八大方面,构建了包含26个基本指标的西部地区人口城镇化质量测评体系,运用主成分分析与聚类分析相结合的方法,对西部12个省、自治区、直辖市2015年人口城镇化质量做出实证测评.研究表明,西部地区人口城镇化质量差异较大,且呈现明显的区域聚类特点;各省份均有不同的发展特色;教育经济和产业医疗是决定西部地区人口城镇化质量的先决因素,人居环境与人口潜力是衡量各省份后期城镇化质量的关键.因此,提升人口城镇化质量应当把教育、经济与就业因素放在优先发展的战略位置,同时不能忽视人居环境与人口增长.

Study on the Population Urbanization Quality in the Western Region of China

Based on the new urbanization of " people oriented" perspective,this paper constructs the quality evaluation system from eight aspects,such as population,consumption,education,employment,and so on,containing 26 basic indicators of new towns in the western region.Using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis,we constitute a demonstrational measurement about the new urbanization quality of twelve provinces in western China.Research shows that the new towns in the western region of the great difference in quality,and has characteristics of regional cluster obviously.At the same time,development characteristics of each province are different,education and economy,medical and industry are the decisive factors of the quality of people's new urbanization in the western region,living environment and human potential are the key measure of quality of provinces in later urbanization.This shows that the upgrading quality of the new urbanization should put the education,economic and employment factors in the strategic position of priority development,while the human living environment and population growth should not be ignored.
