| 摘 要： | 文章采用羟胺法测定小鼠肝细胞总SOD(Superox ide D ism u tase)活性;结果用均值±标准差(X±S)表示,用SPSS软件做t检验进行统计学分析。研究新疆清河红果枸杞煎剂对小鼠抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。结果表明:与对照组相比100%、75%、50%三个浓度的红果枸杞煎剂灌胃小鼠20天,小鼠肝细胞总SOD活性明显升高,差异均极显著(p<0.01)。结论:新疆清河红果枸杞煎剂对小鼠有极显著抗氧化、延缓衰老的功能。

| Abstract: | To research on the effect of lycium chinenses mill decoction on the SOD activity of mouse livers.Method : we filled the mouse stomachs with 100%,75%,50% decoction of lycium chinenses mill,0.5ml.a day for 20 days,and tested the SOD activity of the mouse livers.Result:compared with control group,the medicine group mouses showed the total SOD activity of their livers has risen to a very obvious degree(p<0.01).Conclusion: lycium chinenses mill decoction that filled the mouse stomachs is responsible forthe rise of the total SOD function of the mouse livers. |
