划清基本经济制度同单一公有制和私有化的界限

以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,是马克思主义的理论创新,是中国历史经验的科学总结,也是深化改革的现实需要。坚持基本经济制度,必须反对＂左＂和＂右＂两种错误,划清两个根本界限。一是划清公有制为主体与单一公有制的界限;二是划清多种所有制经济共同发展与私有化的界限。在健全市场经济的基础上,充分认识公有经济与非公经济互补共进的关系,促使它们有机结合,以加快社会主义现代化建设。

Distinguish the Basic Economic System with the Sole Public Ownership System and Privatization

The basic economic system,under which public ownership plays a dominant role in the national economy while other forms of ownership develop side by side,is the innovation of Marxist theory,the scientific summary of PRC＇s historical experiences,and the practical needs of deepening the economic reform.To adhere to the basic economic system,we must oppose the ＂left＂ and ＂right＂ extremism of the two wrong tendencies,and draw two essential distinctions.On the one hand,it is necessary to draw a clear line of demarcation between taking the public ownership as the mainstay and the unitary public ownership.On the other hand,we need to make a clear distinction between the coexistence of diverse forms of ownership and privatization.On the basis of the development and perfection of the market economy,we must be fully aware of the inevitable complementary and coexistence connection of public economy and non-public economy and facilitate their combination in order to speed up the construction of socialist modernization.
