| Abstract: | The thermodynamics analyses of synthesizing SiC whiskers(SiC W) and SiC particle (SiC P) from rice hulls and studied,elementary reactions are determined.The result show that the growth of SiC P can't avoid during the reaction of synthesizing SiC W from rice hulls. |
