| 摘 要： | 为探讨莲必治注射液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞自由基损伤的作用，我们用H2O2建立小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞自由基损伤模型，用MTT比色法测定不同浓度药物下的细胞活性，结果显示：实验组MTT值与对照组无明显差别。因此可以得出：莲必治注射液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞自由基损伤无明显保护作用。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of Lianbizhi Injection on petitoneal macrophages injury in mice induced by free radical. H2O2 was used as an oxidant to build the model of petitoneal macrophages injury in mice induced by free radical.MTT was used to determine petitoneal macrophages,living. We see there is no difference between the compared team and the experimental team.SoLianbizhi Injection may have no protective effect on petitoneal macrophages injury in mice induced by free radical. |
