| 摘 要： | 非婚同居是指符合结婚实质要件的男女双方在相对稳定的时期内建立共同生活体的一种同居，它给当事人及社会均造成严重的不利影响，因此，应对非婚同居现象立法规制，以明确非婚同居的界限、财产及子女的权利等。
