支气管哮喘妇女月经周期免疫功能的改变

本文对60名支气管哮喘妇女于月经期前及月经期间测定淋巴细胞转化率(LT),免疫球蛋白(IgG,A,M)和 PHA 皮试等免疫功能,并与30名男性支气管哮喘及30名健康妇女进行对比.结果发现支气管哮喘妇女月经期前及月经期间细胞免疫功能明显低于男性哮喘组和女性健康组.通过治疗,观察到胸腺素能使月经期间细胞免疫功能提高,能减轻和控制月经期间呼吸道感染和哮喘发作,证明月经性哮喘和细胞免疫功能低下有密切关系.

Immune Function During Menstruation in Female Asthmatices

Lymphocyte transformation,serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels were measured before and during menstruation in 60 female asthmatics and the result was compared with those in 30 healthy females and 30 cases of male asthmatics. Results showed that the absolute count of lymphocyte transformation (1205/ mm~3) during menstruation was significantly lower than that before menstruation (1380/mm~3 P<0.001),and those in healthy female (1443/mm~3 P<0.001) as well as in male asthmatics (1505/mm~3 P<0.001).Meanwhile,the peripheral eosino- phil count (532/mm~3) was higher than that before menstruation (407/mm~3 P< 0.001),and also higher than that of the healthy females (451/mm~3 P<0.001). Serum IgA,IgM and IgG showed no significant difference as compared with those before menstruation and those in healthy subjects. Boring thymocin was given immediately after menstruation (5rag ira.qod.), the above indices showed remarkable improvement at the next cycle of relief, indicating that menstrual as thma may be related to the disturbance of celluar immune function.
