化学镀镍碳钢塔填料的性能研究

摘    要:本文通过在Φ300mm解吸塔内以空气解吸富氧水,测定化学镀镍碳钢共轭环塔填料的流体力学和传质性能,并与同规格的不锈钢共轭环填料进行了对比。同时,也对MeiGengShi模型关于液膜传质系数与固液接触角的关系进行了修正。

Abstract:The properties of fluid mechanics and mass -transfer of the steel conjugate ring packing with electroless nickel coat are researched by measuring consistency of dissolved oxygen and gas-pressure in D. 300 desorption tower. It is compared with that of the stainless-steel conjugate ring packing in the same size. The model of Mei Geng Shi is also revised with the number Wet in this paper.
