强化微电解—沉淀—离子交换工艺处理高浓度硝酸盐氮废水的研究

摘    要:介绍一种强化微电解—沉淀处理高浓度硝酸盐氮废水的新工艺.试验得到的微电解反应最优反应条件为:反应时间90 m in,炭粒粒径2 mm、铁炭比15∶1、加药量5 g/L、催化剂与铁屑的质量比为1∶25;沉淀反应最优反应条件为:反应时间40 m in、沉淀pH值11.在上述最佳处理条件下,动态试验中硝酸盐氮的去除率在99%,硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮和氨氮的含量低于国家地下水三类水体质量标准.

Abstract:As a new treatment of nitrate-nitrogen in groundwater.the internal electrolysis-precipitation process is studied in this paper.The best condition for nitrate-nitrogen removal is: reaction time is 90min;carbon particle size is 2mm;ironcarbon ratio is 15:1;dosage of reagent is 5g/L;catalyst-iron ratio is 25:1(internal electrolysis);pH values in solution is 11;reaction time is 40min(precipitation).The results show that in the best condition the removal ratio of nitrate nitrogen reaches over 99% and the concentration of NO2-N,NH3-N,NO3-N are less than the national standard.
