潜油电泵试验台的总体设计

摘    要:设计了一种大功率、双频率、高精度潜油电泵试验系统,分析了其测试原理,介绍了该系统电源的一次回路设计方法。应用结果表明,以低压真空断路器和空气断路器为中心,设计的低压供电部分,可满足试验系统频繁分和与保护的要求。采用多级测量电流互感器、电压互感器组成的测量系统,测量精度可满足电量B级的需要,使高压柜的设计大为简化。用普通变频器和专用正弦波滤波器、电抗器组成的60Hz电源,在一定的范围内,可作为潜油电机的试验电源使用。分组设置的液力流程,可满足多种试验泵性能试验的需要。该系统经过3年多的运行表明,试验精度可达B级试验台的要求。

Abstract:The elementary principle and dectric circuit design of large scale B grade submersible pump test system were given. The system has high grade, double frequency and large lower. Using low voltage vacuum circuit breaker and air circuit breaker, the low voltage dectric drcuit having the functions of frequently setting up and on and protecting was designed. The measurement precision of the measuring system composed of multi-grade current transformer and voltage transformer can satisfy the demand for B grade dectridty, which simplied the design of high-voltage cabinet. The lower source of 60 Hz composed of the universal frequency converter and six-vial sinusoidal dectric wave filter and reactor may be used in submersible pump test within a certain range. The flow divider having five-flow rate can satisfy the demand for perfomance experiments of multi-grade flow. The system has been used for three years. The accuracy of B grade submersible pumps coincides with the testing standard.
