| Abstract: | This paper conducts several statistical regression methods to identify the main influencing factors of estate price based on the data of Hangzhou Statistical Yearbook. It analyzes the game matrix of all parties involved from the perspective of Game theory and dis- cusses the Nash equilibrium conditions. |
