摘    要:中职师资培训是加强中职师资队伍建设,提升中等职业教育能力的重要保障.培训测评是培训工作的重要环节,然而传统手工测评不仅浪费人力、财力,耗时长,也容易出错,同时还存在一些人为因素,使信息可靠性、真实性下降.针对以上问题,结合当前实用软件开发主流技术,以安徽省中职师资培训测评系统为例,研发了基于B/S三层架构的中职师资培训测评系统.设计的系统已在安徽省中职培训中心使用,性能稳定,运行效率较高.

Abstract:Secondary vocational teacher training is critical for strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving the capacity of secondary vocational education. Evaluation is an important part of the training, however, traditional manual measurement is a waste of manpower, financial resources and time consuming, and moreover it is easy to get wrong. At the same time it brings down the relia- bility and authenticity of information because of man - made factors. To solve the above problems, we attempt to put the evaluation sys- tem into practice based on our investigation and analysis of secondary vocational teacher training in Anhui province. In the design and implementation of evaluation system we employ B/S three layer architecture, the current practical technology in software development. The system has been used in the secondary vocational training center of Anhui province with stable performance and higher running effi- ciency.
