电磁永磁混合悬浮系统的建模仿真与实验

摘    要:为了降低电磁悬浮系统产生的不参与列车牵引做功的大量悬浮能耗,系统中加入了永磁体,构成了混合悬浮系统,由永磁力抵消。一部分负载力,电磁系统实施快速调节保证动子稳定悬浮,基于等效法建立了混合悬浮系统的数学模型,仿真计算出混合悬浮系统的悬浮力,其值远大于计算得到的纯电磁系统的悬浮力。计算结果与实验结果比较基本一致,由此验证了所建立混合悬浮系统模型的正确性,说明混合悬浮系统具有小电磁电流和低悬浮能耗的优越特性。

Abstract:To lower the abundant power loss of the electromagnetic suspension system(EMS),which does not take part in the propulsion of the vehicle,permanent magnets are added into the levitation system to construct hybrid levitation system,where permanent magnets can support a part of load and electromagnetic system can regulate rapidly to realize steady suspension.Mathematical model for the hybrid levitation system is built based on the equivalent method,and the levitation forces of the hybrid levitation system are calculated with the proposed model,which are much bigger than those of the pure electromagnetic system.The experimental results are consistent with the calculated ones,which proves the suggested model of the hybrid levitation system.The conclusion is drawn that the hybrid levitation superiority that only small currents are needed and low power loss is consumed in the hybrid levitation system.
