Analysis of Lin Huiyin's Chinese Version of "The Nightingale and the Rose"

In order to help readers better understand the life and works of Lin Huiyin,this paper gives a brief introduction to her Chinese version of Oscar Wilde's "The Nightingale and the Rose",analyzing its significance in the history of translating foreign literary works into Chinese,its linguistic features,its tendency of domestication and its shortcomings like misinterpretation.
