并流回转干燥器优化设计研究与软件开发

摘    要:建立了以并流回转干燥系统的年总费用为目标函数的优化设计数学模型 ,用单变量优化方法———黄金分割法求解 .应用可视化编程语言VisualBasic 5 .0开发回转干燥器优化设计软件 .该软件采用面向对象的编程技术 ,可脱离VB设计开发环境独立运行 .算例表明 :本文的数学模型和软件为回转干燥器的优化设计提供了更合理、更有效的手段 .

Abstract:The optimum design model of cocurrent rotary dryer was established, which aimed at the annual total cost. The model was solved by golden section method. The optimum design software of dryer was programmed using Visual Basic5.0. The windows-type OOD programming method was used. The software could run independently with stability. A practical example showed that a more reasonable and effective method was obtained using the mathematical model and software in this paper.
