高效液相色谱法测定氟虫腈

摘    要:用高效液相色谱对氟虫腈的分析方法进行了研究,紫外检测器、Hypersil ODS2柱,以乙腈+甲醇+水为流动相(体积比为30∶40∶30),对氟虫腈的分析可取得满意的效果。该法线性范围是0.02 mg/mL~0.60 mg/mL,最低检测限为8.0×10-8mg/mL。氟虫腈的含量为96.4%,有关物质为3.1%。

Abstract:Method of HPLC for fipronil was studied in this article.Fipronil was determined by HPLC with UV detector,ODS column and acetonitrile+methanol+water as mobile phase,the results was satisfactory.Linear scope of the method is from 0.02 mg/mL to 0.60 mg/mL.The lowest detection limit is 8.0 × 10-8 mg/mL.The content and related sustance of fipronil are 96.4% and 3.1%.
