| 摘 要： | 根据Lee HuangS报道的序列 ,进行苦瓜MAP30的克隆 .设计的三对引物聚合酶链反应都能扩增出特异的条带 ,测序结果表明克隆成功 .并结合实际对引物设计进行了讨论 .

| Abstract: | Based on the sequence reported on Genebank,we clone MAP30 gene from Momordica charantia(balsam pear).An exclusive fragment was amplified respectively by three pairs of primers designed for this cloning and the result of that sequencing fragment show the manipulation was successful.Contacted with the practice,primers design was discussed. |
