南昌地区婴幼儿轮状病毒急性胃肠炎的流行病学调查

本文报告了应用ELISA的方法检测了1984—1987年元月临床诊断为急性胃肠炎的婴幼儿粪便标本243份,轮状病毒(RV)抗原阳性率1984年为53.8％1985年为15.58％,1986年为48.33％,1984年的标本同时进行了轮状病毒RNA基因分析,两法符合率为71.56％。1985年分别与1986年和1984年比较,P值小于0.01。证实1984年和1986年在南南地区秋冬季出现了RV流行、并形成了高峰,而且后者比前者流行高峰提前了二个月。1985年6-8月份中均有RV引起的病例,但未形成流行高峰。在年令分布上1984年和1986年3岁以内无显著区别,而1985年1—3岁患儿RV阳性率显著高于1岁以内患儿。

AN INVESTIGATION OF EPIDEMIOLOGY OF ACUTE GASTROENTERITISA GAUSED BY ROTAVIRUS(RV)IN INFANTS IN THE NANCHANG AREA

Two lundred thaefourty there faeces samples of acute gastroen teritis in infants clinically diagnosed from 1984 to January, 1987 were examined by ELISA method for Rotavirus,infection., In which, RV antigen positive detection rate was 53.8% in the cases in 1984, 15.58% in 1985, and 48.33% in 1986 respectively. At the same time, an investigation of the samples in 1984 was carried ous by RV RNA gene analysis, and the coincidence rate of both methods was 71.56%. The results of the cases in 1985 were compared with those in 1986 and 1984, the P values of were all less than 0. 01. It was proved that the RV epidemic appeared in the autumn and winter of 1984 and 1986 in Nanchang area and formed a peark. appeared two months earlier than that of 1984. But the RV cases occurred in June-August, 1985 did not show the peak. In 1985, the RV positive infants of the age of one to three was remarkably higher than that of the age wnder one, but in 1984 and 1985, there was no remarkable age distinctiction.
