新型干粉灭火剂的研究

摘    要:该文介绍了一种以天然矿物质EF粉为主要原料制成的新型干粉灭火剂。在分析EF粉灭火原理的基础上,通过对几种灭火剂样品的物理性能和灭火性能进行测试,得出最佳的EF干粉灭火剂配方。结果表明,EF干粉灭火 剂的各项性能均符合相应的国家标准的要求,与现有普通干粉灭火 剂相比,EF干粉具有流动性好、不易吸湿结块、灭火性能高、成本低廉等优点。因此,EF干粉灭火剂具有广阔的应用前景,可作为现有普通干粉灭火剂的更新换代产品。

Abstract:A new type of dry powder extinguishant,mainly made of a kind of natural mineral (EF) powder, has been introduced in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the fire extinguishing principles of EF powder, the optimum formulation of EF dry powder extinguishant has been obtained through testing the physical and fire extinguishing performance of several samples. The results show that the performance of EF dry powder extinguishant accords with the demands of relevant Chinese Standards.Compared with the existing common dry powder extinguishant, the new type dry powder extinguishant has many advantages, such as better flowing performance, lower hygroscopicity and agglomeration, higher fire extinguishing performance and lower cost. So EF dry powder extinguishant has vast vistas of popularization and adoption, and can replace the existing common dry powder extinguishant.
