| 摘 要： | 本文针对手写邮政编码数字识别的预处理问题，探讨了从信封版面提取邮政编码数字的原理，对各个角度信封放置情况邮政编码块信息特征分析，建立收、发方码数据库，并分析了实际的处理结果。
