水稻根际细菌群落的生物多样性研究

从云南省５个不同水稻栽培区的水稻根际分离到２４９株细菌，它们分属于９个属和３个类群，以香农指数为群落多样性指标，对５个样品的细菌群落多样性进行了比较和显著差异性检验，结果表明热带地区水稻根际细菌的群落多样性与亚热带地区有明显差异；

Study on the Biodiversity of Bacterial Community in the Rhizosphere of Wetland Rice

249 bacterial strains were isolated from five different cultivated wetland ricerhizospher from Yunnan Provhce.These bacteria belong to 9 genera and 3 groups.Thediversityies of bacterial communities were compared and the significance level tests weremade which based on the Shannon index of bacterial community.The results shown thatthe diversity of bacterial community in the rhizosphere of tropical wetland rice issignificantly different from that of subtropical. The differences of bacterial diversities be-tween different rice roots are distinct but not in the rhizospheres mud of wetland rice,Ingeneral these is no significanctly difference between the diversity of bacterial community liv-ing on the rice root and that of living in the rhizosphere mud of wetland rice.
