有机磷农药在水果蔬菜中降解情况研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱法对水果蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量进行分析,并选择有代表性的有机磷农药喷洒于即将成熟的水果、蔬菜上,对农药的降解情况进行跟踪分析,结果表明,所使用的农药残留期为15天左右,从而确定 了水果、蔬菜收获前的最佳施药时间。

Abstract:Meteorological chromatography was utilized to analyze the residual amount of organic phosphorus pesticide in fruits and vegetables. A typical organic phosphorous pesticide was sprayed on the fruits and vegetables which would soon be ripe. Meanwhile, the degradation of the pesticide was regularly studied. The results show that the residual period of the pesticide is 15 days. Therefore, the best time to spray pesticide is 15 days before fruits and vegetables are harvested.
