摘    要:根据对超高密度记录浮动间距要求的分析,必须考虑粗糙度的影响。基于平均流的思想,在假定粗糙度轮廓高度符合高斯分布的情况下,导出了能同时考虑粗糙度大小和粗糙度轮廓特征影响的浮动系统流体动力学方程,并据此进行浮动系统的设计。

Abstract:According to the analysis of the flying height requirement of super high-density recording,it is necessary to take the rough into consideration. Based on the mean flow method, with the premise that the surfaces have a Gauss distribution of rough heights, we deduce a lubrication equation for slider bearing system design, which can take into consideration both the rough height and the directional properties of the surfaces.
