摘    要:扫描电化学显微镜(ScanningelectrochemicalmicroscopySECM)是一门电化学现场检测新技术,已经广泛应用于异相电子转移反应,吸、脱附过程,腐蚀过程、单细胞检测和液/液界面电子转移研究.本文就SECM的工作原理、操作模式和在界面分析中的应用做一简要综述.

Abstract:Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy(SECM) is a new on-time detecting technology in electrochemical field,and this instrument has been widely used in heterogeneous electron transfer,absorption/desorption process,the corrosion process,single-cell dectection and charge transfer on liquid/liquid interface.In the paper,the SECM was introduced on working principle,modes of operation about SECM and some prospects on interface analysis about SECM were reviewed.
