摘    要:本文研究了白渣基合成粉剂的化学物理性能及冶金效果.研究结果表明:合成粉剂碱度高、熔点低、输送性能好,完全满足钢包喷粉要求.合成粉剂具有较高的脱硫、脱氧能力,平均脱硫率为58.0%,脱氧率为49.0%,还有脱氢,脱氮等多种功能.

Abstract:The white-slag-based synthetic powder was studied for its chemical andphysical properties and metallurgical effects.Results showed that its highbasicity,low melting point and adequate transportability can fulfil the require-ment of powder injection in ladle refining.The synthetic powder is provedhighly desulfurizable with an average rate of 58.0% and highly deoxidablewith a rate of 49.0%.In addition to these it shows other useful functions,such as dehydrogenation and denitrification etc.
