| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面论述延迟现象与数字电子技术的关系．延迟现象可能产生竞争冒险，可能产生误触翻，延迟现象限止了开关管的开关速度，但同时延迟又将改善触发器上升沿的特性，并能利用延迟解决一次性变化问题。
