一株高产几丁质酶链霉菌的培养与生理学特性

根际链霉菌Z01分离自黑龙江的大豆根际土壤。Z01能有效地抑制多种植物病原真菌。研究了菌株的培养特性以及生理生化特点，其孢子为小圆点状，产生黄色色素而使培养基呈褐色或黄色。可有效地利用各种多糖类，能产生硫化氢，不能利用葡萄糖、木糖以及半乳糖等某些单糖。能液化明胶，在酪氨酸培养基上能产生灰黄色色素。

Studies on the culture and physiological characteristics of a highly efficient chitinase-producing actinomyces

A rhizosphere actinomycete (Z01) was isolated from soybean root soil in Heilongjiang province, PRC. Z01 can effectively inhibit various plant pathogenic fungi. In this experiment, we studied its culture feature, physiological and biochemical characteristics. Z01s' spore is little circle point form. Z01 can produce yellow pigment and its medium color is brown and yellow. It can use kinds of polysaccharide well and produces H_2S. But it can not use some kind of monosaccharide; such as glucose, xylose and galactose. Z01 can make gelatin liquefied obviously and it can produce grey yellow pigment in L-Tyr medium.
