| Abstract: | The incentives of emergencies in colleges and universities and the capabilities for college counselors to deal with emergencies are analyzed in this paper.The principles,methods and measures college counselors should follow when dealing with emergencies are proposed.It has considerable reference and guiding significance for college counselors to deal with emergencies properly. |
