| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法,以挥发油得率为指标,以药材粉碎度、料液比、提取时间3个因素进行正交试验,研究枳实挥发油最优提取工艺。结果表明,以药材粉碎度20目、加水6倍量、提取时间5h,为枳实挥发油的最佳提取工艺;本方法可为开发枳实挥发油新制剂提供依据。

| Abstract: | Extraction rate of Citrus aurantium＇s volatile oil as the index, grinding degree, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time as the factors, orthogonal experiments were carried out by steam distillation method to study the optimal extraction process of the volatile oil. The results showed that the optimized condition of extraction was as follows： 20 mesh powder for the grinding degree, 1：6 for solid-liquid ratio, 5 h for distillation time. The method could provide a scientific basis for new preparations＇ development of the volatile oil in C. aurantium. |
