| 摘 要： | 本文采用修订的"大学生心理资本量表"、"焦虑自评量表"、"社会支持评定量表"和"生活满意度量表",对大学生心理资本在人口统计学变量上的差异进行了分析,并对大学生心理资本、心理健康与学业成就之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:大学生心理资本各维度随人口统计学变量变化而不同,心理资本对心理健康和学业成就具有积极的正向作用,同时心理资本和心理健康共同作用,对学业成就具有显著的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the difference of undergraduate＇s psychological capital on demographic variables by using the emendatory scale of psychological capital for undergraduate,self-rating anxiety scale,social support rating scale and life satisfaction scale.It also does the empirical analysis of relation for psychological capital,mental health and academic achievement of undergraduates.The results show that the undergraduates＇ psychological capital dimension vary with demographic variables,the psychological capital plays active positive role on mental health and academic achievement,the psychological capital and mental health have the prominent anxoaction for academic achievement. |
