金线莲增殖培养研究

摘    要:通过正交设计方法L9(34)研究了培养基中的植物生长调节剂6-BA、NAA对金线莲(Anoectochitus formosanus Hay)茎段不同部位的腋芽增殖的影响。实验结果表明:最优水平组合为MS+6-BA3.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1,最适外植体为中部茎段。BA及茎段不同部位对实验结果的影响达到极显著水平(P≤0.01),该因素不同水平间差异达到极显著水平(P≤0.01)。

Abstract:By applying orthogonal designed experiment L9(3^4), the effects of 6-BA, NAA in the culture medium on the proliferation of the axillary buds in different stem parts of Anoectochitusformosanus Hay were studied. The results indicate that the best combination is MS+6-BA 3 mg·L^-1+ NAA 0.1 mg·L^-1, the optimal explants are middle stems. BA and different stem segments influenced the results significantly (P ≤0.01), and differences among the three concentration levels are highly significant ( P≤ 0.01).
