性激素对大鼠前列腺腹叶酸性磷酸酶影响的组织化学研究

摘    要:成年雄性Wistar大鼠80只分为5组:即对照组(N组)、正常用雌激素处理组(N+E2)、阉割组(C组)、阉割后用雌激素处理组(C+E2组)和阉割后用雄激素处理组(C+T组)。于处理后第1、2、3、6和12周分5批取材。用酶组化方法显示大鼠前列腺腹叶(RVP)酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性变化。结果表明:N+E2组酶活性明显增强,C组酶活性逐渐减弱,直到消失,C+E2组和C组结果相似,仅第2周稍有增加,C+T组酶活性变化不明显,提示RVP上皮细胞内ACP的活性变化与大鼠体内性激素的含量和平衡状态密切相关。

Abstract:Eighty adult male wistar rats were used and divied into five groups;i.e.normal controlgrup.(N),estradiol treatment (N+E2) castration (C),castration combined with setradiol tratment(C+E2) and castration combined with testosterone (C+T).The prostatic tissues were prepared forHistochemical staining at lth,2th,3th,6th and 12th weeks after treatmented,Enzyme Histochemicalmethod was used to demonstrate acid phosphatase (ACP) in the rat ventral prostate.The results were asfollows'ACP activity was increased in N+E2and C groups was gradually decreased to disappears.The results was similar between C+E2 and C groups and don, change in C+T group.lt is suggested that ACPActivity change in RVP might be involved in content and balancd condition of sex hormone.
