发挥北京联合大学的综合优势加快职教师资的培养步伐

在对北京市３０所有代表性的职业高中的师资情况进行调查的基础上，分析了其师资队伍现状中存在的三个问题：教师尤其是专业课教师数量短缺；教师队伍结构不合理；加强师资队伍建设的措施还没有完全落实。进而论述了北京联合大学的综合条件优势，提出了以职技师院为龙头，建立良好机制，培养职教师资的构想。

Bring Overall Advantage of BUU Into Play to Quicken the Training of Vocational Teachers

The author investigates teachers'status in 30 typical vocational high schools in Beijingand analyses three existing problems with their teachers:1)the lack of teachers,especially speciallzedteachers;2)the proportion of vocational teachers to the staff is irrational;3)measures for strengthening teachers' development have not been fully put into effect.The author gives an account of theoverall advantages of Beijing Union Unjversity and brings forth the conception that Normal Collegeof Vocational and Technical Training INstitute should take the lead in training teachers in the voca-tional and technical fields and set up an appropriate mechanism.
