双垂尾结构随动加载试验技术研究

摘    要:双垂尾结构静力试验可为验证强度计算方法以及结构设计合理性提供试验依据。为提高双垂尾结构静力试验加载的精度,本文提出了一种适用于双垂尾大变形静力试验的加载方法。采用主动反馈式随动加载技术和实时重量补偿技术,在试验中通过载荷与位移的主动反馈控制,来提高试验载荷施加的准确性,从而解决双垂尾结构大变形试验加载干涉的问题。试验中采用的随动加载技术,有效的避免了大变形加载设备与试验件干涉问题,降低了试验风险,取得了良好的试验结果。该技术的实现对其它此类结构的试验具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The static experiment method of twin vertical structure can provide experimental evidence for verification of the strength calculation and structural design. In order to improve the loading accuracy of the twin vertical structure experiment, we have put forward a kind of loading method which is suitable for large deformation of twin vertical in static experiment. Using active feedback loading technology and real-time weight compensation technology, active feedback control through the load and displacement in the experiment, used to improve the accuracy of loading direction, which solve the interference problem of twin vertical in the process of the structure deformation. The loading technology used in the experiment effectively avoids the interference between the large deformation loading equipment and the test piece, reduces the test risk and achieves good test results. The realization of this technology has certain reference function for the experiment of other kinds of structure.
