| 摘 要： | 文章根据系统科学的理论和方法，提出了省(地区)科技进步测评和综合评价方法。实例表明，应用这套评价指标体系对省(地区)科技进步进行评价可以完整地反映科技进步程度，对加速省(地、市)经济从粗放型向集约型转变和促进科技、经济、社会的协调发展具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the system theory and the system analytic method, this paper conducts research into the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method for the science and technology development of provinces (cities and districts).Examples show that the index system and evaluation method can fully reflect the extent of the provincial science and techology development. The research work has practical significance for the acceleration of transferring the extensive economy to the intensive one in provinces (cities and districts) and the coordinate growth of science and technology, economy and society. |
