| 摘 要： | 通过对麻地沟煤矿矿井提升设备的选型计算,得出结论:该矿主斜井提升设备带式输送机带宽B=1 000 mm,带速V=2.5 m/s,胶带PVG680S ST=680 N/mm,电动机YB315M1-4,N=160 kW;减速器M3PSF60+FAN型,i=25。副平硐提升设备无轨胶轮车选用WrC20/2J型防爆运人胶轮车2台,TY7FB型井下防爆低污染自卸胶轮车4台,WqC4J型平头单排自卸式防爆无轨胶轮车3台,WC25J铲板式支架搬运车1台。

| Abstract: | The selection calculation of the mine lifting equipment of Madigou Coal Mine arrives at a conclusion that the belt width B of the belt conveyor,the hoisting equipment of the main inclined shaft of the mine,is 1 000 mm,and the belt speed V is 2.5 m/s,ST of rubber belt PVG680S is 680 N/mm,N of electromotor YB315M1-4 is 160 kW,and i of speed reducer M3PSF60 ＋FAN is 25;and two WrC20/2J explosion-proof rubber-tyred miners＇vehicles,four TY7FB underground low-pollution explosion-proof rubber-tyred dumpers,three WqC4J type flat single explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred dumpers,and one WC25J shovel plate bracket truck are selected as the hoisting equipment of auxiliary adit. |
