少齿数齿轮传动动力学的研究

摘    要:目的为探讨少齿数齿轮参与传动过程中的运动情况,特别是啮合力对其影响情况,基于ADAMS和Pro/E对少齿数齿轮传动情况进行了建模仿真研究,这也有助于减少少齿数齿轮的设计成本和缩短其设计周期。方法首先通过Pro/E软件,实现了基于精确齿廓方程的齿轮参数化建模,并将其导入到ADAMS软件中;然后结合齿轮传动的实际情况修改机构属性和添加约束,特别是添加碰撞力和负载;最后对仿真得到的数据进行分析得出结论。结果与结论少齿数齿轮传动时处于变载状态,传动效率高,啮合力对其有一定的影响。

Abstract:Aim To explore the transmission situation,especially the influence of meshing force,by studying on the dynamics simulation of gear with few teeth transmission based on ADAMS and Pro/E which is also helpful to reduce costs and shorten the design cycle.Methods Firstly,a parametric modeling is made by Pro/E based on the accurate curve equation,and then the modeling is imported into ADAMS.Secondly,according to the real situation,the attributes are modified and constraints,especially the crash force and the load are added,Finally,the conclusion is drawn after analyzing the data obtained by the dynamics simulation.Results and Conclusion The gear transmission with few teeth features variable load,high efficiency,and meshing force has a certain influence on the gear transmission.
