摘    要:目的研究3-溴-5-氯水杨醛缩邻氯苯胺(简写为BCCA)与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的作用机制。方法利用紫外光谱、黏度法确定BCCA与CT-DNA的相互作用方式。结果 BCCA的紫外吸收光谱随CT-DNA浓度的增加表现出明显的增色效应和较小的红移;BCCA存在时,CT-DNA的熔点升高;CT-DNA的黏度随着BCCA浓度的增大而增大。结论 BCCA以插入方式与DNA相互作用。

Abstract:Aim To study the action mechanism of 3-bromo-5-chlorosalicylaldehyde-o-chloroaniline(BCCA) with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA).Methods Ultraviolet spectroscopy and viscosity measurement were used to study the interaction mode of BCCA with CT-DNA.Results Ultraviolet absorption spectrum of BCCA produced significant hyperchromic effect and slight bathochromic shift with the increase of the concentration of CT-DNA;the melting point was higher when BCCA existed;the CT-DNA viscosity increased with the increase of the concentration of BCCA.Conclusion BCCA interacts with CT-DNA in the mode of intercalation.
