Study on Clinical Efficacy and Medicinal Applicability of Caulis Sinomenii

Aplicated with advanced theory of research and high tech analysis equipments with the technique HPLC and TLC, we quantitatively analyze the medicinal herbal Caulis sinomenii and its vital component sinomenine. Based on the in depth study of comprehensive experimental data in pharmacodynamics experiments, we have determined its efficacy and toxicity limit, concluded that Caulis sinomenii can relieve symptom of rheumatosis, blood segregation, and pain with low toxicity and side effect. The study makes the concrete progresses toward the elimination of the rampage of rheumarthritis,osseous rheumatism, with valuable experimental data.
