| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市雨洪理论全部建立在“收集-排放”的基础上。而城市“雨洪集蓄利用”的研究相对滞后的现状,以太原市东山流域排水规划为研究对象,给出了具体的工程措施,并对“雨洪集蓄利用”对环境的影响进行了分析,提出了促进“雨洪集蓄利用”技术发展的建议。

| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation that our country's urban rainfall- flood theory is totally based on " collection- discharge" , and the research of urban " rainfall- flood collection and utilization" is relatively hysteretic, this paper provides some concrete engineering measures taking the drainage planning of the Estern Mountain Valley of Taiyuan City as the research object, and analyzes on the influence of " rainfall- flood collection and utilization" on environment, and puts forward some suggestions of promoting the technical development of " rainfall- flood collection and utilization" . |
