基于HNC-21T数控系统工件坐标系的建立与刀具补偿

摘    要:介绍了两种基于华中数控世纪星HNC-21T数控系统建立工件坐标系的方法和刀具补偿方法。建立坐标系方法之一是用G92指令建立工件坐标系,方法之二是用G54-G59指令建立工件坐标系;刀具补偿有绝对补偿和相对补偿形式两种方法。本文介绍的方法可直接应用于HNC-21T系统控制的车床,对其它数控机床工件坐标系的建立和刀具补偿也有很高的实际参考价值。

Abstract:Two methods of workpiece coordinate establishment and tool compensation based on HNC-21T NC system are presented in this paper. For the first method, workpiece coordinate is established by G92, and for the second one, workpiece coordinate is estab- lished by G54 -G59. Two methods of tool compensation are absolute compensation and relative compensation. The methods in this pa- per can be applied to lathes controlled by HNC-21T system directly, and is available in other NC lathes.
