摘    要:采用氧化物混合方法制备以BaTiO3为基础的X7R陶瓷材料。研究了添加剂Mn的添加量对体系介电性能的影响,并对微观结构进行分析。Mn的加入起到了助熔剂的作用,提高陶瓷的介电常数。Mn离子在2+和3+之间变价,可以减少缺陷的数量,因而减小tanδ,满足EIAX7R标准的要求。实验表明,添加0.046wt%MnCO3的BaTiO3体系,具有最优的介电性能。其主要工艺条件和性能参数为:烧结温度1240℃保温6h,在1kHz下ε≈5800,tanδ≤1.5%,介电常数温度变化率-15%〈△ε/ε〈15%,绝缘电阻率:ρv≥1×10^12Ω.cm。

Abstract:BaTiO3-based X7R materials were prepared by mixed oxide method. It was investigated that the effect of Mn concentration on the dielectric properties and microstructure of the system. It was found that Mn additive practices as sintering agent, which improves the dielectric constant of the system. When manganese ion transcribes from 2+ to 3+ valence, the number of defect decreases, so tan 8 reduces, the materials fit EIA X7R specification. In this investigation, the BaTiO3 ceramics doped with 0.046 wt %MnCO3 holds superior dielectric properties. The main process and dielectric properties are as follows: sintering temperature 1240 ℃ for 6h, ε≈ 5800 ,tan δ≤ 1.5%, -15%〈△ε/ε〈15%,ρv≥1×10^-12 (measured at 1 kHz).
