| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法，对中国孤雌生殖卤虫10个品系的26个多倍体单个体克隆的α－AMY同工酶的基因表达情况进行了研究，所研究的α－AMY为多态酶重复基因表达，各多倍体克隆间的多态程度较高，说明群体存在较高的遗传变异。

| Abstract: | The gene expressions of α-AMY isozymes (α-amylase) of 26 clones of Artemia parthenogenetica polyploids from China were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The experimental results showed that: ( 1)α- AMY are polymorphic. The polymorphism and genetic identity are higher in 26 polyploids clones of Artemia strains. (2)Duplicate genes of α-AMY isozymes express. |
