基于虚拟现实的远程协同诊断系统研究

摘    要:针对设备故障协同诊断在支持工具通用性和诊断信息交互手段两方面的不足,借助统一建模语言UML方法规范了协同诊断系统的分析与建模,应用IP组播通讯、Java媒体框架JMF、虚拟现实建模语言VRML和实时传输协议RTP技术增强了协同诊断系统的信息表达和多媒体交互能力,以此为基础所开发的基于虚拟现实的多媒体远程协同故障诊断系统在中石化巴陵分公司的实际实施中取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of the present research of equipment collaborative fault diagnosis in the generality of tool supporting and the interactivity of diagnosis information, the analysis and modeling of the collaborative diagnosis system was standardized is by the aid of Unified Modeling Language. The application of multicast, Java media framework, virtual reality modeling language and real-time transport protocol enhanced the expression and multimedia-interactivity of the collaborative diagnosis system. The multimedia remote collaborative fault diagnosis system based on virtual reality technology has been successfully applied in Baling Company of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation.
