双组分不同粒径YSZ-Al_2O_3水系稳定性料浆的制备与表征

研究摩尔分数为 8%的钇稳定化氧化锆 ( YSZ)微粉添加质量分数为 4%的 Al2 O3 ,并以阿拉伯树胶为分散剂所制备的料浆的稳定性 .给出一种可用以评价双组分不同粒径 YSZ-Al2 O3 体系料浆稳定性的简单方法 .得到具有一定粘度和流动性的适于注浆法制备 YSZ-Al2 O3 薄管的稳定性料浆 .研究结果表明 ,当料浆的 p H值为 4～ 5,阿拉伯树胶含量为 2 .4%～ 3 .2 %时 ,经球磨可配制出固相含量达 2 5%的稳定性良好的双组分不同粒径 YSZ-Al2 O3 注浆料 .p H值低于 6 .5的区域 ,YSZ在料浆的稳定性行为中起主导作用 ;p H值高于 6 .5的区域 ,Al2 O3 在料浆的稳定性行为中起主导作用 .

Preparation and Characterization of Two-component YSZ-Al_2O_3 Aqueous Stabilized Suspensions with Different Particle Sizes

The stability of suspension made of 8% yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) micro size powder with 4% Al 2O 3 added and arabic gum as the dispersant was studied. A simple way was proposed to evaluate the suspension stability of the two component system of YSZ Al 2O 3 composite with different particle sizes. A mutual dispersed suspension of YSZ Al 2O 3 with suitable viscosity and mobility was obtained, which can be used for slip casting to prepare YSZ Al 2O 3 composite tubes with thin wall. The research results show that the YSZ Al 2O 3 suspensions with good stability and a 25% solid content can be obtained at pH values 4~5 and the concentrations of arabic gum 2.4%~ 3.2% after the milling. For the suspension stability, within the region below pH 6.5, the YSZ plays a dominant role, while within the region above pH 6.5, the Al 2O 3 plays a dominant role.
