基于铜损等于铁损的异步电动机最佳效率控制

摘    要:提出了一种异步电动机最佳效率的控制方法,该方法从电机的损耗模型出发,直接检测电机的铜损和铁损,调整电机子端的输入电压,从而得到在一定频率,不同负载时电机运行于最佳效率的输入电压值,使电机保持最佳效率运行。并用MATLAB的SIMULINK仿真工具进行了仿真实验,结果表明,该控制方法直接,简单,能够达到很好的节能效果。

Abstract:This paper present a new method for the optimal efficiency control of asynchronous motor.Starting from motor loss model,this method can directly detect the motor iron and copper losses and regualte the input voltage of motor stator end whereby the input voltage values of motor with the optimal efficiency in operation in the case of different loads can be obtained so as to maintain motor operation with optimal efficiency.Also,the simulation tests are made using SIMULINK tools of the MATLAB,whose results indicate that the control method can be direct,simple and able to obtain better energing saving results.
