基于LabVIEW的放大器自动测量系统的实现

摘    要:设计了一个基于LabVIEW工作平台的自动测量系统,可完成多路前置放大器的电压、增益、带宽、失真、噪声、串扰、跨阻等性能指标的快速测试.系统由硬件和软件两部分组成.硬件由测试仪器、工控机、GPIB接口卡、I/O接口卡、可编程控制电路和打印机组成;软件由人机界面程序、测量与控制程序和数据后处理程序组成.系统采用虚拟仪器测试技术,将测量与控制、信号处理、软件工程等多项技术集于一体,构成一个灵活、高效、个性化的自动测量系统,能在30 min时间内自动完成5路放大器165项性能指标的测量、记录,标出不合格参数并打印.

Abstract:On the basis of LabVIEW platform,an automatic measurement system,which can test voltage,gain,bandwidth,distortion,noise,cross-talk,and transconductance in multi-path preamplifiers fast,was designed.The system was divided into two parts: the hardware that consists of measurement instrument,computer,GPIB interface card,I/O interface card,programmable device and printer,and the software consisting of human-computer interface algorithms, measurement and control algorithms,and post data processing algorithms.The system utilized virtual instrumentation measurement techniques and integrated measurement features with control,signal processing,and software engineering into a state-of-the-art technological solution.Being flexible,highly efficient,and capable of performing task specific functions,the system can automatically measure 165 parameters for five-path amplifiers,record the measured ones,identify disqualified ones,and print all parameters within 30 seconds.
