| 摘 要： | 分析评价闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗有移位的肱骨髁上骨折的适用性、可靠性。方法对48例GartlandⅡ型、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折采用闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定。结果经6—12个月随访，骨折均获愈合，按Flynn功能评定标准优占73％；良占25％。结论闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定简单、可靠，能有效的防止骨筋膜室综合征，术后移位、及肘内翻发生率，值得广泛地推广、应用。

| Abstract: | objective Analysis on the applicability and reliability of displaced supracondylar fractures of the humerus by Kirschner - wire Transfixion. Appraoch treatment of 48 cases supracondylar fractures of the humerus by Kirschner - wire transfixion. Findings during the 6 - 12 months visitorial exam , all fractures healed up. According to the Flynn Evaluation System,73% reach the A level and the B levels account for 25%. Conclusion The treatment supracondylar fractures of the humerus by Kirschner - wire transifixion is simple, reliable and effective in preventing displacement and some other syndromes after the operation. Therefore it should be widely adopted and applied. |
